一、服务性质
1. Nature of the service
Splitra（下称“本服务”）为商户提供基于公共区块链网络的数字资产（USDT）收款与付款技术通道，包括订单管理、链上分账结算、风控审核与对接接口等配套能力。本服务不持有、不托管商户的法定货币，不提供法币兑换、投资、理财或任何证券类服务。
Splitra (the "Service") provides merchants with a technical channel for collecting and disbursing digital assets (USDT) over public blockchain networks, including order management, on-chain split settlement, risk controls and integration APIs. The Service does not hold or custody fiat currency, and does not provide fiat exchange, investment, wealth-management or securities services.
二、服务地域限制
2. Geographic restriction
本服务不向中华人民共和国大陆地区提供。位于中国大陆地区的个人、在中国大陆注册设立的实体、或主要业务面向中国大陆居民开展的主体，均不属于本服务的服务对象，不得注册或使用本服务。我们已在网络边缘对来自中国大陆地区的访问实施技术拦截。若你通过任何技术手段规避该拦截使用本服务，由此产生的全部法律后果由你自行承担，我们有权立即终止服务。
The Service is not offered in mainland China. Individuals located in mainland China, entities incorporated in mainland China, or businesses primarily serving mainland-China residents are not eligible to register for or use the Service. Access from mainland China is technically blocked at the network edge. Circumventing this block to use the Service is at your sole legal risk, and we may terminate service immediately.
本网站及本服务的任何内容均不构成在任何禁止或限制此类服务的司法辖区内的要约或招揽。
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such services are prohibited or restricted.
三、用户资格与合规义务
3. Eligibility and compliance
使用本服务，即表示你声明并保证：
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- 你已年满 18 周岁，具备完全民事行为能力；
- 你不位于第二条所述受限地区，亦不属于任何国际制裁名单所列主体；
- 你的业务在你实际经营所在的司法辖区内合法，并已取得所需的全部许可或资质；
- 你不会将本服务用于欺诈、洗钱、恐怖融资、买卖违禁品或其他任何违法用途。
- You are at least 18 years old with full legal capacity;
- You are not located in the restricted region described in Section 2 and are not on any international sanctions list;
- Your business is lawful in the jurisdiction where you operate, holding all required licences;
- You will not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, trade in prohibited goods, or any other unlawful purpose.
我们保留对商户业务进行审核的权利，对不符合上述要求的使用方，我们可拒绝开通或随时终止服务。
We reserve the right to review merchant businesses and to refuse or terminate service for any party that does not meet these requirements.
四、风险提示
4. Risk notice
区块链交易一经确认不可撤销；数字资产价格存在波动；公链网络拥堵、分叉或不可抗力可能影响到账时间。你应自行评估并承担使用数字资产所伴随的固有风险。请妥善核对收付地址——向错误地址发起的链上转账无法找回。
Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed; digital-asset prices fluctuate; network congestion, forks or force majeure may affect settlement timing. You accept the inherent risks of using digital assets. Always verify addresses — funds sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
五、免责声明
5. Disclaimer
本服务按“现状”提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因公共区块链网络故障、第三方服务中断、你自身操作失误或违反本条款的行为所导致的损失承担责任。我们对任何间接损失、利润损失不承担责任。
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by public blockchain failures, third-party outages, your own operational errors, or your breach of these Terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits.
六、条款的变更
6. Changes to these Terms
我们可不时修订本条款，修订后的条款自发布于本页面时生效。继续使用本服务即视为接受修订后的条款。
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions take effect when posted on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.
